Six Feet Under

A cold layered salad composed of fresh young coconut, mango, red pepper, cucumber, cilantro, and pickled radish. Served with dragonfruit & a mango and prickly pear purée

 

Swamp Thing

Squash Blossom Pupusas with pickled red onions and veggies. Served with salsa verde, a fried squash blossom, and finely julienned fresh radish

 

Cape Fear

Black mole enchiladas served with spicy Spanish rice and locally grown microgreens & flowers. Finished with a chocolate skeleton

 

Halloween

A savory pepita crusted poblano pepper stuffed with lion’s mane chorizo and creamy potatoes  served over roasted pumpkin purée Finished with pickled chiles.
